Can I book tickets for a large group?
Absolutely. The Brit Fest 2027 is made for sharing, whether you’re organising a staff summer party, rewarding your team, entertaining clients, arranging a social club trip or simply bringing a big group of friends.

We can discuss group ticket packages across General Admission and VIP, subject to availability, and help make the booking process as straightforward as possible.

Can we use The Brit Fest for a company or staff event?
Yes. We’d love to hear from businesses looking for something a little different from the traditional corporate day out.

The Brit Fest can provide a brilliant backdrop for employee rewards, summer parties, team celebrations, client entertainment, networking and corporate hospitality, with options ranging from group admission through to VIP experiences and larger bespoke packages.

Can my company become a partner of The Brit Fest?
Yes. We work with businesses of all sizes, from local independents to major national brands, and we’re always interested in partnerships that feel right for both the festival and our audience.

Opportunities for 2027 can include sponsorship, branded areas, experiential activations, product sampling, competitions, hospitality, employee engagement, digital campaigns and prominent on-site branding.

Rather than forcing businesses into a one-size-fits-all package, we’re happy to discuss your objectives and build something that works around them.

Can we entertain clients or guests at the festival?
Yes. Our VIP experience provides a fantastic setting for client entertainment, staff rewards and group celebrations, with premium facilities, exclusive areas, Front of Stage viewing subject to capacity, and entertainment within the VIP Bar Tent.

For larger organisations, we can also discuss bespoke hospitality and group arrangements.

We know that nobody welcomes a price increase, especially at a time when the cost of almost everything is rising. Increasing our ticket prices was not an easy decision, but it has become necessary because the cost of delivering The Brit Fest has grown significantly.

A festival site is effectively a temporary town built from the ground up. Stages, sound, lighting, power, toilets, fencing, marquees, bars, medical facilities, security, waste services and hundreds of staff all have to be brought onto the showground, operated safely and then removed again.

Transport and fuel are now a particularly significant part of that cost. Almost everything needed to create the festival arrives by road. Our artists, production teams and suppliers all depend on vehicles to reach the site, deliver equipment, install infrastructure and return after the event to remove it. When fuel, wages, vehicle hire, insurance and operating costs increase, those rises affect every part of our supply chain.

The same pressures apply across artist fees, production, security, medical provision, licensing, insurance, staffing, power, sanitation and essential safety infrastructure. Many of these costs are unavoidable and cannot be reduced without affecting the quality, safety or experience of the festival.

This increase is not an attempt to make additional profit. It is an honest response to the rapidly rising cost of staging a large, safe and professionally produced independent festival.

We have worked hard to keep the increase as controlled as possible while protecting everything people love about The Brit Fest. Your ticket helps us bring the artists to the stage, build the festival around them and support the hundreds of people and independent businesses who make the weekend possible.

Our commitment is still to deliver an outstanding, safe and unforgettable festival that represents genuine value for everyone attending.

Parking at The Brit Fest 2027 is simple and well signposted. Parking can be purchased in advance or, subject to availability, paid for upon arrival with cash or card.

• Day Parking: £12 per vehicle
• Weekend Parking (Friday to Sunday): £27 per vehicle

How do I enter and exit the site?

We operate a strict one-way traffic system at Ashley Hall.

• Entry is via the Hale Gate.
• Exit is via the Ashley/Tatton Gate.

Under no circumstances will the one-way system be reversed. Please follow all site signage and the instructions of our traffic management team.

Are there any local roadworks?

At this stage we do not know of any planned works

Can I park on surrounding roads?

No.

Please help us respect our neighbours and avoid causing congestion in local communities. There is ample parking available on site for the licensed capacity of the event.

Is there enough parking?

Yes. The site has sufficient parking for the event’s licensed capacity and all parking areas are clearly signposted.

Is Accessible Parking available?

Yes via the website.

Can I drive to my tent?

No.

Campers should park in the Camping Car Park and then walk, wheel or carry their belongings to their pitch. Trolleys are highly recommended.

Can I sleep in my car?

No.

Sleeping overnight in standard parking areas is prohibited. Guests wishing to stay overnight in vehicles must hold a valid Live-In Vehicle ticket.

Is electric vehicle charging available?

No.

There are no EV charging facilities on site. Please arrive with sufficient charge for your onward journey.

Can I leave and return to the car park during the day?

Yes, although delays may occur during peak periods. Please follow the one-way system at all times.

Where do taxis and buses stop?

The designated Bus Stop, Taxi and Lift Drop-Off Point is located within the Ashley Hall grounds. Please follow event signage.

No pick-up or drop-off should take place on Ashley Road outside the festival site.

This is a matter of public safety and helps keep traffic flowing for residents and emergency access.

Where should my Uber pick me up?

There is a designated pick-up and drop-off area adjacent to the Ashley Hall / Brit Fest Bus Stop.

Can motorcycles park?

Yes. Motorcycles are welcome and may use the standard parking areas.

Can I have a BBQ or tailgate party in the car park?

No.

BBQs, gazebos, camping equipment and tailgate parties are not permitted within the parking areas.

How busy is site egress?

Site egress can be busy, but we anticipate the car parks will be fully cleared within approximately one hour of the final note each evening.

This can only be achieved by everyone following the traffic plan, listening to stewards and showing patience and kindness to fellow drivers.

Will the shuttle buses still be running after the music ends?

Yes.

The shuttle bus service will continue operating until all guests waiting at The Brit Fest Bus Stop have been collected.

What if I lose my car?

With thousands of vehicles on site, we recommend making a note or taking a photograph of your parking row and location before heading into the festival.

Is Lost Property available?

Yes.

Lost Property is managed by Guest Services, located approximately 50 metres inside the Music Arena entrance.

Any final advice?

• Drive carefully, as all parking areas are grass fields.
• Follow the instructions of marshals and stewards at all times.
• Allow extra time for arrival and departure.
• Use live sat nav apps for the latest route information.
• Be patient and considerate to fellow festivalgoers and local residents.

The Brit Fest begins in style on Thursday evening with a spectacular opening night party. Thursday night lin euo annouced on 24/9/26 – Full show details and timings will follow the annoucment.

No. The dates displayed on your ticket reflect the overall dates of The Brit Fest 2027, rather than the validity of your individual ticket.

For example, a Sunday Car Parking Ticket may display “The Brit Fest 15–18 July 2027” because it is linked to the festival as a whole. However, that parking ticket is valid only on Sunday 18 July 2027 and does not provide parking on any other day.

Similarly, a Weekend Ticket is valid from Friday 16 July to Sunday 18 July 2027 only.

Entry to the Music Arena on Thursday 15 July 2027 requires a separate Thursday Ticket, which must be purchased in addition to your Weekend Ticket if you wish to attend all four days.

Please check the specific ticket type shown on your booking confirmation, as this determines exactly which day or days your ticket is valid for.

In short: the festival dates printed on the ticket do not override the individual ticket type you have purchased.

No. You do not need a Thursday Music Arena ticket simply to arrive and stay in the campsite or live-in vehicle field on Thursday.

However, you must purchase the correct Thursday Early Arrival Add-On:

• Every person staying in the campsite requires a Thursday Camping Early Arrival Add-On.
• Each live-in vehicle or caravan requires a Thursday Live-in Vehicle Early Arrival Add-On.

These add-ons provide Thursday access to the campsite or live-in vehicle field only. They do not include entry to the music arena.

If you would also like to attend the Thursday evening entertainment, you must purchase the relevant Thursday Music Arena Entry Add-On separately. Therefore, guests arriving early and attending the arena will need both the correct early arrival add-on and a Thursday arena ticket.

The arrival times below are correct at the time of publication and are provided to help you plan your journey to The Brit Fest 2027.

Please be aware that these timings may change as our final operational, traffic and security plans are confirmed. We recommend checking the latest information before travelling.

LIVE-IN VEHICLES & CAMPING

Tents, Campervans, Motorhomes & Caravans

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we have dedicated check-in windows when our full arrival team will be available to welcome you, check your booking, issue wristbands and direct you to the appropriate camping or live-in area.

Current planned arrival windows:

• Thursday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Please aim to arrive within these windows wherever possible.

Please remember: Thursday arrival is only available to camping and live-in guests who have purchased the appropriate Thursday Arrival option.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE THESE HOURS?

Outside the published arrival windows, our full check-in team and entry systems may not be operating, meaning we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access your camping or live-in area immediately.

If you know you are likely to arrive outside these times, please email info@thebritfest.co.uk in advance and our team will do their best to advise.

OVERNIGHT VEHICLE ACCESS

The main site vehicle gate is expected to close each night from approximately midnight until 7:00am.

Vehicle access to or from the site may not be possible during these hours, so please plan your movements accordingly.

RE-ENTRY FOR LIVE-IN VEHICLES

Live-in vehicles may leave and return to the site, but re-entry will always be subject to traffic movements and instructions from our traffic team.

At particularly busy times, you may be asked to wait before returning to the Live-In Vehicle field. Where necessary, you may be directed to the main car park as a temporary holding area until it is safe to allow re-entry.

Please allow additional time if you choose to take your live-in vehicle off site during the festival.

DAY TICKET HOLDERS & NON-CAMPING WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS

The Main Music Arena is currently scheduled to open at:

• Thursday: 6:00pm
• Friday: 12:00pm
• Saturday: 12:00pm
• Sunday: 12:00pm

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the festival car park is currently expected to open from 10:00am.

Please do not arrive at the Music Arena entrance before the advertised opening time, as entry cannot begin until the arena is officially open.

THURSDAY MUSIC ARENA ACCESS

Please remember that Thursday is a separately ticketed festival day.

A camping, live-in or Thursday Arrival booking does not automatically include entry to the Music Arena on Thursday evening.

If you wish to enjoy Thursday’s entertainment, you must also hold a valid Thursday festival ticket.

LAST ENTRY TO THE MUSIC ARENA

For safety, security and crowd management reasons, last entry to the Music Arena is 7:00pm each day.

We strongly recommend arriving well before this time to allow for parking, ticket scanning, security searches and any queues.

After 7:00pm, no further admissions will be permitted into the Music Arena, regardless of ticket type.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Drinks & Bars 2027

The Brit Fest 2027 will once again offer a huge range of drinks across our bars, with something for everyone throughout the festival weekend.

Both cash and card payments will be accepted across our bars.

Guests can expect a wide selection including draught beers and ciders, premium spirits, wines, prosecco, cocktails, ready-to-drink options, soft drinks and bottled water.

Our VIP areas and The Brit Fest Club will also offer an enhanced drinks selection, including premium wines and champagne options.

All bars will operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring valid photo identification if you may be asked to prove your age.

Our full 2027 drinks range, brands and bar menu will be published ahead of the festival, so keep an eye out for all the details closer to July.

Yes. Camping chairs are permitted within The Brit Fest 2027 Music Arena, but only within clearly designated chair zones.

These areas may change from day to day depending on attendance levels, site conditions and operational requirements. This applies to both the Main Arena and VIP Enclosure.

The safety and comfort of all guests is our priority. If a steward or member of the event team asks you to move or relocate your chair, this will be for operational or safety reasons, and we kindly ask that you follow their instructions.

VIP Guests

Due to the smaller footprint of the VIP Enclosure, space for camping chairs is more limited. A designated VIP chair zone will be provided, but there will not be sufficient space for every VIP guest to bring and use a camping chair.

Once the designated VIP chair area reaches capacity, it cannot be extended into other areas.

If you intend to spend much of the day seated, we recommend using the larger designated chair zones within the Main Music Arena and then enjoying the additional benefits of the VIP Enclosure throughout the day, including front-of-stage access, VIP bars, toilets and food offerings.

Chair spaces in both the Main Arena and VIP Enclosure are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Please be considerate of fellow festivalgoers and understanding if our team asks you to relocate your chair. These measures help us maintain safe routes, comfortable viewing areas and the best possible experience for everyone across The Brit Fest 2027.

Who is the official glamping provider for The Brit Fest 2027?

Tangerine Fields is the exclusive glamping and pre-pitched tent provider for The Brit Fest 2027, offering a range of ready-to-go accommodation options for your festival weekend.

What types of accommodation are available?

Tangerine Fields offers a variety of pre-pitched and glamping options, from simple ready-pitched tents through to bell tents and premium boutique accommodation. Options are available for couples, families and larger groups.

Do I need to bring my own tent?

No! That’s the beauty of it. Your accommodation will be pitched and ready for your arrival, so you can spend less time setting up camp and more time enjoying The Brit Fest.

Can I make my glamping tent more comfortable?

Yes. A range of optional extras can be added to selected accommodation, including sleeping bags, airbeds and bedding packages, helping you create a real home-from-home for the weekend.

Can I have power in my glamping tent?

Yes, power will be available as an optional add-on for eligible Tangerine Fields glamping accommodation, subject to availability. Simply select the appropriate power option when booking.

Does my Tangerine Fields booking include entry to The Brit Fest?

No. Your Tangerine Fields accommodation is separate from your festival admission. Everyone staying with Tangerine Fields must also hold the appropriate The Brit Fest festival and camping tickets.

Do I need a camping ticket as well as my glamping booking?

Yes. A Tangerine Fields booking provides your accommodation but does not replace the relevant The Brit Fest camping access required for each guest.

Is accessible glamping available?

Tangerine Fields can provide pre-pitched accommodation within the Accessible Camping area. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please make these known when arranging your stay. Power availability within Accessible Camping should be checked before booking.

Where do I book Tangerine Fields accommodation?

Glamping and pre-pitched accommodation is booked directly through Tangerine Fields.

What if I just want to bring my own tent?

Absolutely. You don’t have to use Tangerine Fields. Festivalgoers bringing their own tents can purchase the appropriate The Brit Fest camping ticket and use the standard campsite.

We’re delighted to welcome you to the VIP Enclosure at The Brit Fest 2027. To help everyone enjoy a safe, comfortable and memorable festival, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following information.

What does VIP include?

VIP guests enjoy:

• Dedicated VIP entrance lane
• Exclusive VIP bars and premium food offerings
• Luxury toilet facilities
• Access to the Front of Stage VIP Viewing Area, subject to capacity
• Dedicated social and relaxation areas
• Exclusive VIP performances and additional amenities

Please note that VIP does not include reserved seating, food or drinks.

Front of Stage Access

The Front of Stage VIP Viewing Area has a strictly controlled capacity for safety reasons.

Once the area reaches capacity, access will be temporarily suspended until sufficient space becomes available. This applies to all VIP guests, and possession of a VIP wristband does not guarantee Front of Stage access at all times.

Please be patient and respectful towards our team when access is being managed. They are there to keep everyone safe.

Seating

There is no dedicated seated viewing area within the VIP Enclosure.

Tables, benches and other seating are provided primarily for dining, relaxing and socialising. Some may offer views towards the stage, but they should not be considered reserved or guaranteed viewing positions.

All seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate of other guests and avoid reserving tables or seating for extended periods.

Camping Chairs

Camping chairs are permitted only within designated chair zones in both the Main Arena and VIP Enclosure.

Please be aware that the VIP chair zone has limited capacity and there will not be sufficient space for every VIP guest to use a camping chair. Once the designated area is full, it cannot be extended.

If you plan to spend much of the day seated, we recommend using the larger designated chair zones within the Main Arena and enjoying the VIP facilities throughout the day.

If a steward or member of the event team asks you to move or relocate your chair, please follow their instructions.

Children

Children are welcome within the VIP Enclosure but must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Re-entry

Your VIP wristband allows you to move freely between the VIP Enclosure and Main Arena throughout the festival day, subject to any temporary capacity restrictions.

Bars & Alcohol

Our bars operate a Challenge 25 policy. Please be prepared to provide valid photographic ID when purchasing alcohol.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated.

Both cash and card payments will be accepted at our bars in 2027. Our full drinks range and bar menus will be published ahead of the festival.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are permitted only within designated areas and are prohibited inside enclosed structures.

Glass Policy

Glass bottles and glassware are prohibited throughout the festival site.

Behaviour

The Brit Fest is proud of its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Abusive, aggressive or anti-social behaviour towards other guests, staff, artists, volunteers or contractors will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival without refund.

Security Searches

All guests and bags are subject to security searches when entering the festival. Prohibited items may be refused entry or confiscated in accordance with festival policies.

Accessibility

Guests requiring accessible facilities or Accessible Viewing Platform access should visit Guest Services on arrival.

Full accessibility information for The Brit Fest 2027 will be published ahead of the festival.

Capacity Restrictions

Certain areas within the VIP Enclosure, including the Front of Stage Viewing Area, may reach capacity during particularly popular performances.

Temporary access restrictions may therefore be introduced to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Layout Changes

The layout, furniture, facilities and operating arrangements within the VIP Enclosure may change throughout the weekend where required for safety or operational reasons.

Lost Property

Lost Property is managed through Guest Services.

Weather

The VIP Enclosure is predominantly outdoors, so please come prepared for the famously unpredictable British summer. Sunscreen and waterproofs can occasionally be equally sensible choices.

Respect for Others

Above all, please remember that everyone is here to have a fantastic weekend.

A little patience, kindness and consideration for fellow festivalgoers and our team goes a long way towards maintaining the atmosphere that makes The Brit Fest so special.

There are no child or Under 16 concessions for VIP admission. All guests, regardless of age, require a full-price VIP ticket.

For safety, security and crowd management reasons, the last entry into The Brit Fest 2027 Music Arena is 7:00pm each day.

We strongly recommend arriving well before this time to allow plenty of time for parking, ticket scanning, security searches and entry queues, particularly during peak periods.

After 7:00pm, no further admissions will be permitted into the Music Arena, regardless of ticket type.

This policy allows our teams to manage crowd movements safely as we head into the busiest part of the evening and helps provide the best possible experience for everyone on site.

Please plan your journey accordingly and arrive in plenty of time. With a full day of music, food, drinks and entertainment waiting for you, the earlier you arrive, the more Brit Fest you get to enjoy!

At present, we are not aware of any planned road closures or diversions that will affect travel to The Brit Fest 2027.

As we get closer to the festival, we’ll continue to monitor the local road network and will publish any important travel updates should circumstances change.

We always recommend allowing plenty of time for your journey and using a live sat nav app on the day for the latest traffic and routing information.

Our dedicated parking and traffic teams will also be in place throughout the festival weekend to help keep everyone moving and get you onto site as smoothly as possible. 🚗🎪

Yes. Walking to The Brit Fest is a lovely way to arrive, particularly for guests staying locally or arriving via Hale Station. However, Ashley Hall is a countryside venue and we ask all pedestrians to exercise extra care when travelling to and from the festival.

How far is the walk from Hale Station?

The festival site is approximately 1.2 miles from Hale Station via Ashley Road. The route is mostly flat, although there is currently a slight diversion at the railway bridge due to ongoing repair works.

As you approach the site, the pedestrian entrance is clearly signposted.

Are there any safety considerations?

Yes. Some sections of the route involve narrow pavements and roads which can become busy, particularly before and after the event. Please remain vigilant and take extra care around moving traffic.

Which entrance should pedestrians use?

Pedestrians should follow the designated routes and event signage.

Due to the site’s one-way traffic management system, we do not recommend using the Ashley Gate entrance or exit as a walking route. This area is primarily for vehicle egress and is not suitable for pedestrians.

Is the route lit?

Parts of the surrounding roads are unlit. If walking home after the festival, particularly after dark, we strongly recommend:

• Wearing bright or reflective clothing.
• Carrying a torch or using your phone torch if required.
• Walking in groups where possible.
• Remaining aware of traffic and fellow pedestrians.
• Taking extra care on narrow stretches of road.

Is walking suitable for everyone?

Whilst many guests enjoy walking to and from the festival, please remember that this is a rural venue rather than a town centre event. Those with accessibility requirements, families with young children or anyone uncomfortable with walking after dark may wish to consider using the shuttle bus, taxis or designated drop-off points instead.

Can I walk via Ashley Gate?

For safety reasons, we strongly discourage pedestrians from using the Ashley Gate route. The road is narrow, unlit and forms part of the vehicle exit system.

Our Advice

Walking to The Brit Fest can be a wonderful part of the experience, but your safety is our priority. Please allow plenty of time, follow event signage, remain aware of your surroundings and remember that roads around the venue will be particularly busy during peak arrival and departure periods.

A little extra care goes a long way towards ensuring everyone gets home safely.

Yes. Subject to availability, ticket upgrades may be available for The Brit Fest 2027.

Upgrades can be arranged in one of two ways:

• In advance: Email Skiddle Customer Care at custcare@skiddle.com to enquire about upgrading your existing booking.
• During the festival: Visit the Guest Services Tent, where our team can arrange available upgrades in person, subject to remaining capacity.

Depending on availability, you may be able to upgrade from General Admission to VIP, either for a single day or for the remainder of the weekend.

We recommend arranging your upgrade in advance wherever possible, as all upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during the festival weekend.

Guest Services

The Guest Services Tent is located immediately on the right-hand side as you enter the Music Arena and will be open throughout the festival weekend.

The team can also assist with AVP wristbands, official merchandise, accreditation and media pass collection, general festival information and other customer support.

If you’re thinking of upgrading, the earlier you arrange it, the better!

The Brit Fest 2027 will take place at Ashley Hall Showground, Altrincham, WA14 3QA, from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th July 2027.

Camping & Live-In Vehicles

Campers and live-in vehicle guests can access the site from 9am on Friday 16th July and may remain on site until 12pm on Monday 19th July.

If you’re bringing a trailer tent to The Brit Fest, you’ll need to purchase a Live-In Vehicle Ticket.

Trailer tents are accommodated within our Live-In Vehicle area due to the space required and the vehicle movements involved in positioning and setting up.

When you arrive, everyone travelling in the towing vehicle at the time of check-in will receive the appropriate accommodation wristbands and will be covered for the duration of their stay on site.

If additional members of your party are arriving separately and wish to access your pitch within the Live-In Vehicle area, they will require a valid Camping Ticket, which provides access to the same accommodation fields.

Yes, however roof tents, tent boxes and any accommodation mounted to a vehicle are classed as Live-In Vehicles rather than standard camping.

If you plan to sleep in or on your vehicle, including using a roof tent, you will require a Live-In Vehicle ticket and must stay within the designated Live-In Vehicle area.

Unfortunately, roof tents cannot be accommodated within the standard campsite. This is due to health and safety requirements, particularly regarding gas canisters, cooking equipment and vehicle movements within the camping areas.

If you’re unsure whether your setup qualifies as a Live-In Vehicle, please contact the team before arrival and we’ll be happy to advise.

Each power hook-up is supplied via a standard 240v 16amp blue connector, the same type commonly used at caravan parks. The connection point will be located no more than 25 metres from the edge of your pitch.

You must bring a minimum 25-metre 16amp blue hook-up extension lead with the correct fittings in order to connect safely and correctly. Please note that hook-up leads are not available to hire or purchase on site.

The Campsite Café is more than just a place for food and drink. Throughout the weekend it also stocks a range of camping essentials and everyday items, helping with those little things you may have forgotten to pack.

The campsite is also home to our Sunrise Social Club, a relaxed programme of morning activities designed to help you start the day in the best possible way.

Activities include:

• Stretching and Wellness Sessions with Simon and Johnny
• Morning social meet-ups and campsite community activities

Then, when the main arena closes, the fun doesn’t stop…

At 11:00pm each night, campers can head to the Campsite Silent Disco, the perfect way to round off the evening with friends old and new.

For your safety and peace of mind, 24-hour security is in operation across the site throughout the festival weekend and can be contacted via Site HQ or by speaking to a member of the roaming security patrol team.

We strongly encourage all guests to familiarise themselves with the campsite layout upon arrival, including the locations of the toilets, showers, water points, medical facilities, welfare services, Site HQ, security teams and emergency access routes. Knowing where these services are located can make your stay more comfortable and help us assist you more quickly should you ever need support.

Waste Management

Skips, bins and waste collection points are provided throughout the campsite. Please help us keep The Brit Fest clean and environmentally responsible by using them.

We kindly ask all campers to use bin bags and dispose of waste responsibly. Free bin bags are available from the Campsite Café throughout the weekend.

As with any major festival, facilities experience peak demand during busy periods, particularly first thing in the morning and immediately after the Music Arena closes each night.

We work hard with our suppliers and operations teams to keep facilities clean, serviced and available throughout the weekend. We kindly ask guests to be patient during busy periods and to leave facilities clean and tidy for the next person.

If your schedule allows, we recommend using showers and washing facilities outside of the busiest periods, which can often provide a more relaxed experience and help everyone enjoy the facilities more comfortably.

A little consideration goes a long way. Let’s all help keep The Brit Fest clean, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

New to Festivals? You’re in the Right Place

Although we’re heading into our fourth edition, we know that every year The Brit Fest is somebody’s first ever festival.

We’ve deliberately created an event that feels accessible and easy to navigate. Much of the action takes place around our main Music Arena, so there’s no endless trekking from one side of an enormous festival site to another.

If you’re camping, you really don’t need to overthink it. Bring your tent, sleeping bag, some warm and waterproof clothing and your ticket. We’ll take care of much of the rest, with food, bars, toilets, showers, entertainment, Guest Services and quieter spaces available across the site.

For lots of our guests, that first visit has now turned into an annual summer tradition.

Remember, We’re Still in a Field!

However much infrastructure we bring in, The Brit Fest ultimately happens in a field in Cheshire, and occasionally Mother Nature likes to join the production team without being asked.

There might be mud. There might be queues at busy moments. Something unexpected might happen.

A Weekend Festival Ticket gives you access to The Brit Fest 2027 across the three core festival days: Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th July 2027.

Camping is not included and must be purchased separately if you wish to stay on site.

What Is Thursday Access?

Thursday 15th July is an additional festival day and is not included within a standard Weekend Festival Ticket.

If you wish to attend the Music Arena on Thursday evening, you will need to purchase a separate Thursday Festival Ticket.

If you are camping or bringing a live-in vehicle and wish to arrive on Thursday, you will also need the appropriate Thursday Arrival option for your accommodation type.

For guests staying in a pre-pitched tent with Tangerine Fields, any required Thursday tent upgrade should be purchased directly through Tangerine Fields.

• A Weekend Festival Ticket provides Music Arena access from Friday to Sunday.

There will be some small inflationary increases across certain ticket types, reflecting increases in the costs involved in delivering the festival, including areas such as fuel, infrastructure, staffing, security and other operational costs.

As an independent festival, we continue to work incredibly hard to keep The Brit Fest accessible and offer great value while continuing to invest in the experience we provide.

Do I need a separate ticket for Thursday?

Why Does My Ticket Say “The Brit Fest 15–18 July 2027” Even If I Only Bought a Day Ticket?

All The Brit Fest 2027 tickets, regardless of ticket type, may display the full festival dates of 15–18 July 2027 at the top.

These dates refer to The Brit Fest 2027 as an overall event and do not determine the individual days your particular ticket is valid for.

For example, a Sunday Day Ticket or Sunday Parking Ticket may still display The Brit Fest 15–18 July 2027, but it is only valid on Sunday 18th July.

What Days Are Included in My Ticket?

• Weekend Tickets cover Friday 16th to Sunday 18th July 2027.
• Individual Day Tickets are valid only for the day stated on the specific ticket.
• Thursday 15th July is separately ticketed and is not included with a standard Weekend Ticket.

Guests with accessibility requirements do not need to purchase a separate accessible festival ticket. Simply purchase the festival ticket that best suits your visit, whether General Admission or VIP.

Accessible Parking & Camping

A limited number of Accessible Parking and Accessible Camping tickets will be available for 2027 and can be selected through our ticketing system.

Our dedicated Accessible Camping area is currently planned to be approximately 40 metres from the Music Arena entrance and includes accessible-use toilet and shower facilities.

Accessible Parking is also positioned to make arrival and access to the festival as straightforward as reasonably possible.

As these areas have limited capacity, we recommend booking them as early as possible.

Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) Access

A dedicated Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) will be available within the Music Arena for guests who require accessible viewing facilities.

For 2027, AVP wristbands will be issued from Guest Services, located approximately 50 metres from the Music Arena entrance.

Simply speak to our team when you arrive and they will be able to assist with your AVP wristband and provide information about accessible routes and facilities.

The AVP has a strict safe capacity and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. An AVP wristband therefore cannot guarantee a space on the platform for every performance, particularly during headline sets.

One essential companion may accompany the guest requiring AVP access, subject to capacity.

The Seashell Safe Space

New as part of our expanded accessibility offering, we’re proud to be working with Seashell to provide the Seashell Safe Space.

This will provide a calmer, safer and lower-stimulation environment for guests who may need some time away from the crowds, noise and intensity of the main festival environment.

We recognise that not every accessibility requirement is visible, and the Seashell Safe Space is intended to give guests who need it somewhere to take some time out, regulate and reset before returning to enjoy the festival.

Full details of the Seashell Safe Space and the facilities available will be published ahead of The Brit Fest 2027.

Accessible Toilets & Facilities

Dedicated accessible toilet facilities will be available in key locations across the festival, including close to the AVP and within Accessible Camping.

Accessible Camping will also have dedicated accessible shower facilities.

We kindly ask guests who do not require accessible facilities to use the general toilets and showers, helping us keep these facilities available for those who need them.

Site Access & Terrain

The Brit Fest takes place on a natural outdoor showground, predominantly consisting of grass and other temporary outdoor surfaces.

We provide temporary matting and accessible routes where reasonably practicable, but weather, ground conditions and levels of footfall can affect accessibility during the festival.

We cannot provide hard-standing routes throughout the entire site, so guests should consider changing weather and outdoor ground conditions when planning their visit.

The VIP area is one of the furthest areas from the main entrance and does not currently benefit from a continuous hard-standing route. Guests with mobility requirements should take this into consideration when choosing their ticket type.

Our stewards and accessibility team will be available throughout the festival to provide assistance wherever reasonably possible.

Does my Weekend Ticket include Thursday?
No — Thursday 2nd July is a separately ticketed event featuring the spectacular Symphonic Ibiza Opening Party. This is not included with Weekend or 2-Day tickets unless you’ve purchased a Thursday Add-On.

Why does my ticket say “2–5 July 2026” at the top?
That’s just how the ticketing system displays the overall festival dates. All tickets show the full event name and dates (2–5 July 2026) at the top, but this does not reflect your specific ticket validity. Weekend Tickets are valid for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.

Why is Thursday not included in the weekend ticket?
We’ve always structured The Brit Fest this way to keep weekend ticket prices competitive and offer flexibility for everyone. Guests can choose the experience that suits them — join from Friday for the full weekend, or add Thursday if you want to start the celebrations early.

Can I arrive on Thursday if I’m camping or bringing a live-in vehicle?
Yes! Even if you don’t have a Thursday show ticket, you can still arrive on Thursday with a Camping Early Arrival or Live-In Vehicle Early Arrival Add-On. This allows you to get settled in before the main festival begins on Friday.

Can I add Thursday later if I change my mind?

The official The Brit Fest 2027 line-up will be revealed on Thursday 24th September 2026.

We’ve been working behind the scenes on four days of entertainment, and on 24th September we’ll finally be able to reveal who will be joining us at Ashley Hall in 2027.

Following the announcement, you’ll be able to explore the line-up across our website and social channels ahead of tickets going on sale at 10am on Thursday 1st October 2026.

Will There Be a VIP Stage in 2027?

Yes. Following its introduction in 2026, our exclusive VIP Stage returns for 2027, located within the VIP Bar Tent.

Throughout the festival, VIP guests can expect live performances, special guests and exclusive entertainment, providing something a little different away from the Main Stage.

The full VIP Stage programme will be announced separately as we get closer to the festival.

Will the Silent Disco Return?

We’ll be revealing much more about the wider entertainment and experiences across The Brit Fest 2027 following our initial line-up announcement.

Are the Busk Stops Returning?

Our Busk Stops have become an important part of The Brit Fest, giving grassroots and emerging performers the opportunity to play across the festival site.

Is the 24th September Announcement the Complete Line-Up?

The 24th September is the big one, but it certainly won’t be the end of our 2027 announcements.

Alongside our headline Main Stage programme, there will be VIP Stage performances, grassroots and emerging artists, Busk Stops, entertainment, experiences and plenty more revealed as we build towards July.

How much is parking at The Brit Fest 2027?
Parking is available throughout The Brit Fest 2027 at the following prices:

• Thursday Parking: £12 per vehicle

All parking is subject to availability.

Do I need to book parking in advance?
No. You can pay for parking on the day, subject to spaces still being available.

However, we strongly recommend purchasing your parking ticket in advance. This guarantees your parking allocation and will help make your arrival at the festival quicker and smoother.

Is parking available for Thursday?
Yes. Parking is available for the opening night on Thursday 15th July 2027 at £12 per vehicle.

Thursday parking is separate from a Friday–Sunday Weekend Parking Ticket.

Is parking included with camping?
Yes. If you have purchased a valid Weekend Camping Ticket, parking for one vehicle is included with your camping booking.

Your vehicle will be parked within the designated camping parking area rather than alongside your tent.

Can I park next to my tent?
No. For safety and operational reasons, vehicles cannot be driven into or parked alongside tents within the main or accessible campsites.

There will be a short walk between the camping car park and camping areas. We recommend bringing a camping trolleyto make transporting your equipment easier.

What if I have multiple vehicles with a Live-In Vehicle booking?
Only your motorhome, campervan or the vehicle towing your caravan can enter the Live-In Vehicle area.

Any additional vehicles must be parked within the designated campsite parking area. Each guest must hold the appropriate festival and accommodation tickets, and you may be asked to provide proof of your Live-In Vehicle booking on arrival.

When does the festival car park open?
For day visitors and non-camping Weekend Ticket holders, the festival car park is currently expected to open from 10:00am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Thursday parking arrangements and final opening times will be confirmed ahead of the festival.

All parking arrangements and opening times are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change as our final traffic management and operational plans are confirmed.

Yes. If you’ve booked any form of pre-pitched or glamping accommodation with Tangerine Fields for The Brit Fest 2027, you will also need a valid Camping Ticket for each person staying in the accommodation.

What Tickets Do I Need?

In addition to your Tangerine Fields accommodation booking, each person staying within Accessible Camping must hold:

Is Power Available in Accessible Camping?

At present, we cannot provide a powered glamping option within the Accessible Camping area.

Powered accommodation options may be available within the main Tangerine Fields area. We continue to review our accessible facilities as part of the planning process for 2027 and will publish any updates should this change.

Where Is Accessible Camping Located?

Our Accessible Camping area is located approximately 40 metres from the Music Arena entrance, helping to minimise travel around the site for guests with accessibility requirements.

For comparison, the main Tangerine Fields accommodation area is approximately 250 metres further away.

We’re continually reviewing and improving accessibility across The Brit Fest and want every guest to be able to enjoy a comfortable, inclusive and memorable festival weekend.

We want everyone attending The Brit Fest 2027 to have a safe, enjoyable and comfortable experience. Here’s what you need to know about bringing your own food and drink.

General Music Arena Policy

Food and drink purchased outside the festival cannot be brought into the Music Arena.

There will be a wide selection of food traders and bars throughout the Arena, with options expected to include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and family-friendly choices. Full details of our 2027 food and drink traders will be published closer to the festival.

Guests may bring one sealed bottle of water up to 500ml per person into the Music Arena.

Cool boxes, large food bags and picnic hampers are not permitted within the Music Arena.

Medical & Dietary Requirements

We understand that some guests have specific medical, allergy or dietary requirements which may mean they need to bring their own food or drink.

Where this is necessary, you are welcome to bring appropriate items for your personal medical or dietary needs.

This may include specialist allergy-safe or coeliac foods, snacks required for diabetes management, feeding supplements or other medically necessary items.

Where possible, please bring supporting information such as a medical letter, medical card or Access Card to help make your entry through security as straightforward as possible.

All bags remain subject to security searches.

Children & Families

Baby food, formula and appropriate snacks for babies and young children are permitted.

Please keep these items clearly identifiable and accessible when entering the Arena, as bags will be subject to security checks.

Children may also bring sealed cartons or bottles of non-alcoholic drinks up to 500ml.

What About the Campsite?

Camping guests are welcome to bring their own food, non-alcoholic drinks and cool boxes into the campsite for personal consumption.

Please remember that glass bottles, jars and other glass containers are not permitted anywhere on the festival site, including the campsites.

Food options will also be available within the camping area, so you won’t have to cook if you’d rather leave the camping stove packed away. ⛺🍔

Food and drink permitted within the campsite cannot then be taken into the Music Arena, except for the exemptions outlined above.

Q: Will there be a shuttle bus service for The Brit Fest 2027?
A: Yes. We’re pleased to confirm that our popular Brit Fest Shuttle Bus service will return and expand for 2027.

We’re also proud to be working with the Bee Network for The Brit Fest 2027, helping us develop and improve the public transport options available to festivalgoers.

Q: Where will the shuttle buses run from?
A: Full routes, stops and timetables are currently being finalised and will be updated here soon.

For 2027, we’re working to expand the service offered in previous years, including a new Hale pick-up and drop-off point.

Our wider shuttle network is expected to include connections serving Altrincham, Hale, Hale Barns and Knutsford, with final locations confirmed before the festival.

Q: What are the operating times?

Your Tangerine Fields booking is for your accommodation only and does not include festival entry.

Do I need a Camping Ticket as well?

So, each guest will require both a Weekend Festival Ticket and Weekend Camping Ticket, in addition to the Tangerine Fields accommodation booking.

How are Tangerine Fields prices structured?
Tangerine Fields accommodation prices are generally shown per accommodation unit rather than per person.

The exact inclusions, occupancy, check-in information and optional extras for each accommodation type are shown when booking.

Can I arrive on Thursday?
Yes. Thursday arrival is available, but you will need the appropriate Thursday Arrival option in addition to your Weekend Camping Ticket.

If your Tangerine Fields accommodation also requires a Thursday upgrade, this should be arranged directly with Tangerine Fields.

Please remember that Thursday campsite arrival does not include entry to the Music Arena. If you want to attend Thursday evening’s show, you will also need a valid Thursday Festival Ticket or Thursday Add-On Ticket.

Is there dedicated Accessible Camping at The Brit Fest 2027?
Yes. The Brit Fest 2027 will have a dedicated Accessible Camping area, positioned close to the Music Arena entrance to help minimise travel around the site.

The area is reserved for guests with accessibility requirements and includes dedicated accessible toilet and shower facilities.

Our current site plan places Accessible Camping approximately 40 metres from the Music Arena entrance. Final distances and layouts may change slightly as the 2027 site plan is finalised.

Is there an accessible area within the Live-In Vehicle field?
There is not currently a separate Accessible Live-In Vehicle zone. However, the Live-In Vehicle area is positioned close to the main campsite toilet and shower facilities.

Guests staying in campervans, caravans and motorhomes should generally use the facilities serving the Live-In Vehicle and main camping areas, which are closer than those within Accessible Camping.

Can I drive into the campsite to unload?
No. For safety and operational reasons, cars cannot be driven into either the main campsite or Accessible Camping area.

The designated unloading and parking areas are positioned as close as practically possible to the camping entrance.

We strongly recommend bringing a festival trolley or cart to help transport tents, bags and other equipment.

If you have an accessibility requirement that means you may need additional assistance when you arrive, please let our team know and we will do everything reasonably possible to help.

What do I do when I arrive?
If you have booked Accessible Parking, follow the Accessible Parking signage and directions from our traffic teamwhen you arrive.

How accessible is the festival site overall?
The Brit Fest takes place on an outdoor showground and predominantly grass surface. As with any outdoor festival, weather, ground conditions and levels of foot traffic can affect accessibility.

We use measures including temporary matting, accessible routes and dedicated facilities to improve movement around the site wherever reasonably practicable, but we cannot guarantee hard-standing access throughout the festival.

We recommend preparing for changing weather and outdoor ground conditions when planning your visit.

What if I need help during the festival?

Where is the live-in vehicle area located?
The live-in vehicle area is situated in a designated section of the site, with close access to general facilities such as toilets, showers, and water points. It’s designed to give you a comfortable base for your weekend stay while keeping you as close as possible to the action.

How far is it from the live-in vehicle field to the music arena?
The walk from the live-in vehicle field to the music arena entrance is approximately 120 metres. Please note that there is a slight incline, and while it’s manageable for most, we recommend planning for this if you have mobility concerns.

Is there an accessible section within the live-in vehicle area?
There is no specific accessible zone within the live-in vehicle field. However, the area is positioned close to the main site facilities to ensure easier access.
If you have particular needs, please contact us in advance or speak to our on-site team upon arrival, and we’ll do our best to position you nearer to key amenities.

Can I use the accessible toilet and shower facilities?
Guests staying in the live-in vehicle area are encouraged to use the main toilet and shower blocks provided nearby. These are well maintained and closer than the accessible facilities located in the camping area, which are intended solely for guests with accessibility requirements.

Can I set up an awning or extra tent next to my vehicle?
Yes, you can set up a awning or gazebo next to your vehicle, so long as it fits within your allocated 8x8m pitch. Please keep all structures tidy and secure, and be mindful of your neighbours.

Are there electric hook-ups?
Electric hook-up passes are available in limited numbers. If you have not pre-booked electric, please prepare to be self-sufficient. Generators are ONLY permitted during permitted times of 10am-6pm.

Do I need to provide vehicle details or registration in advance?
No, we are not requesting vehicle registration numbers ahead of time for standard live-in vehicle bookings. Our stewards will direct you on arrival.

Can I bring a storage tent?
Yes, a small storage tent is permitted within your pitch, as long as it does not impact access or extend beyond your designated space.

What should I do on arrival?
Follow the Live-In Vehicle signage on approach to the site. Our team will greet you, check your tickets, and direct you to your pitch. If you need help or have any access concerns, please let our team know upon arrival or contact Site HQ, located near the main parking area.

Will assistance be available if needed?
Absolutely. If you need help with equipment or mobility, please speak to a member of staff or any steward. We’re happy to assist wherever possible.

What are the site conditions like?
The Brit Fest is held on an open-air showground. We do our best to plan the layout to be as compact and user-friendly as possible, but it is still a large, working event site. The weather, ground conditions, and general footfall may impact certain areas.
We work hard to lay matting, create access routes, and keep everything flowing, but please come prepared for uneven terrain and typical British festival conditions.

Final thoughts…
We want your accessible live-in vehicle experience at The Brit Fest to be comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Our team is here to support you and make your weekend as smooth as possible — just let us know if you need anything. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Yes. Generators are permitted within the live-in vehicle area; however, for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, they must not be operated before 8:00am or after 10:00pm.

This policy is actively enforced throughout the festival weekend.

Whilst generators are permitted during these hours, we would also respectfully ask guests to consider their fellow festivalgoers. Many people choose The Brit Fest live-in vehicle area as a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the atmosphere between performances.

With that in mind, we’d love to encourage an unwritten festival rule wherever possible: if your generator is not essential, please consider limiting its use between 10:00am and 6:00pm, particularly if other guests are relaxing in your immediate vicinity.

A little consideration goes a long way and helps create the friendly, respectful and welcoming environment that makes The Brit Fest such a special place to stay.

Any guest found operating a generator outside of the permitted hours may be asked to switch it off immediately. Repeated breaches of this policy may result in further action being taken by the festival management team.

The Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) will return for The Brit Fest 2027, providing a dedicated viewing area within the Music Arena for guests with accessibility requirements.

For 2027, our accessible offering will also include the Seashell Safe Space, providing a calmer, safer environment for guests who may need time away from the noise, crowds and stimulation of the main festival environment.

Please note: The AVP has a fixed safe capacity and may become full during particularly popular performances and headline sets. Access is managed on a first-come, first-served basis, and an AVP wristband cannot guarantee a space on the platform at all times.

What is the AVP?
The AVP is a raised, designated viewing platform within the Main Music Arena, designed for guests who have accessibility requirements and may benefit from an accessible viewing space.

What is the Seashell Safe Space?
As part of our 2027 accessible offering, we’re proud to provide the Seashell Safe Space.

This is a dedicated calmer and safer space for guests who may become overwhelmed by crowds, noise, sensory stimulation or the general intensity of the festival environment.

The space is intended to provide somewhere to take time out, regulate and reset before returning to enjoy the festival when ready.

Further information about the facilities available within the Seashell Safe Space and how it will operate will be published ahead of the festival.

How do I access the AVP?
For 2027, AVP wristbands will be available from Guest Services, located approximately 50 metres from the Music Arena entrance.

Speak to our team when you arrive and they will provide the appropriate wristband and explain how to access the platform.

Do I need to register in advance for AVP access?
There is currently no formal pre-registration requirement for AVP access.

If you have an Access Card, PIP confirmation or other relevant supporting information, we recommend bringing this with you as it may help our team understand your requirements.

Is there a limit to how many people can use the AVP?
Yes. The AVP has a strictly controlled capacity to ensure it remains safe, comfortable and accessible.

Can my carer or essential companion join me?
Yes. One essential companion may accompany you onto the AVP, subject to the platform’s overall capacity.

How do I get to the AVP?
An accessible route incorporating temporary matting will connect the entrance area with the AVP to make access easier for wheelchair users and guests using mobility aids.

Please remember that The Brit Fest takes place on a natural outdoor showground, so weather and ground conditions can affect routes and surfaces.

Are there accessible toilets near the AVP?
Yes. A dedicated accessible toilet will be positioned close to the AVP.

However, re-entry is always subject to the platform’s capacity at that particular time. Having an AVP wristband does not reserve a space.

The platform is likely to be at its busiest during headline and particularly popular performances, so we recommend returning in good time if there is an artist you particularly want to see from the AVP.

Is the AVP covered?
The AVP is an outdoor viewing area, so please prepare for changing weather conditions throughout the day.

We recommend bringing appropriate clothing for sunshine, rain and cooler evening temperatures.

Who can use the Seashell Safe Space?
The Seashell Safe Space is intended for guests who may benefit from a quieter, calmer and lower-stimulation environment during their festival experience.

Not every accessibility requirement is visible, and we ask everyone to respect the purpose of this facility and the guests who may need to use it.

What if I need help during the day?
Our accessibility team and stewards will be available throughout the festival. If you require assistance while using the AVP or Seashell Safe Space, please speak to a member of the team.

What are the official arrival times for Live-In Vehicles at The Brit Fest 2027?
To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we have dedicated check-in windows when our full arrival team will be on site to welcome you, scan your tickets and direct you to your allocated Live-In Vehicle pitch.

Do I need a Thursday Arrival Ticket?
Yes. If you would like to bring your Live-In Vehicle onto site on Thursday, you must have the appropriate Thursday Arrival option for your Live-In Vehicle booking.

Please remember that Thursday Arrival does not include entry to the Music Arena. If you wish to attend Thursday evening’s show, you will also need a valid Thursday Festival Ticket or Thursday Add-On Ticket.

What happens if I arrive outside the official arrival times?

What do I need to show when I arrive?
Please have your Live-In Vehicle Ticket ready for scanning when you arrive.

Having your tickets ready before reaching the check-in point will help us keep traffic moving and get everyone settled as quickly as possible.

Is there access to the site overnight?
The main site vehicle gate is expected to be closed each night from approximately midnight until 7:00am.

Vehicle access will not normally be possible during these hours, including for late arrivals, so please plan your journey accordingly.

🎤 Campsite Entertainment & Morning Activities

There’ll be more to camping than somewhere to sleep. Our Campsite Busk Stop will bring live performances into the camping area, alongside morning activities including gentle yoga and movement sessions.

Please be considerate of your neighbours and respect our campsite quiet hours from midnight onwards.

🚿 Showers, Toilets & Facilities

Live-In Vehicle guests have access to the main campsite shower and toilet facilities, conveniently positioned between the Live-In Vehicle and Camping areas.

During peak periods, particularly in the mornings, there may be a short wait for showers. Please be patient, considerate of other guests and mindful of water use.

Dedicated Elsan and waste disposal points will also be provided for Live-In Vehicles. Please only dispose of waste at the appropriate designated points.

🔁 Leaving & Re-Entering with Your Live-In Vehicle

You can leave and return with your Live-In Vehicle, but all vehicle movements are subject to our traffic management team and conditions on site.

During busy periods you may be asked to wait before re-entering the Live-In Vehicle field or temporarily use the main car park until it is safe to allow vehicle movements.

While pitches are not individually marked out, we work to a general guide of 5m x 5m per tent. This is flexible, and groups are very welcome to pitch together, including setting up gazebos and storage tents to form a shared camping area.

🎟️ On arrival, your Camping Ticket QR code/s will be scanned and wristbands will be fitted directly to wrists by our team.
Please have your QR code/s ready — either as a screenshot or printed copy — as mobile signal can be intermittent when large groups gather.
Loose wristbands will not be handed out — all wristbands must be fitted by an official Brit Fest team member.

🤫 Quiet Hours & Quiet Camping Zone

To help everyone get a decent night’s sleep, we ask for quiet across the campsite from midnight onwards.

For those who prefer or require a calmer environment, we also offer a designated quiet camping zone. Just ask on arrival and our team will guide you to that area.

What is the mobile phone signal like on site?

The Brit Fest takes place on a semi-rural showground, and as with many large outdoor events, mobile phone signal can vary depending on your network provider. While some guests may have strong coverage, others may experience limited reception at times, especially during busy periods when demand is high.

What should I do if I can’t access my ticket due to poor signal?
To avoid any issues at the gate, we strongly recommend downloading or screenshotting your QR code tickets in advance and saving them to your device’s photo gallery. This ensures that even without signal or Wi-Fi, your tickets can still be scanned smoothly.

Can I print my ticket instead?
Yes, you can bring a printed version of your ticket if you prefer. Just make sure the QR code is clearly visible and not damaged, as it will be scanned on arrival.

What if I forget to download or print my ticket?
If you cannot access your ticket on the day and have no signal, head to the entrance gate and our team will do their best to assist. However, having your QR code saved or printed in advance is the fastest and most reliable way to ensure smooth entry without delays.

Final tip: Treat your ticket like a passport — have it ready, backed up, and easily accessible before you arrive at the site.

What Does a VIP Ticket Include?

A VIP Ticket includes everything available with General Admission, plus access to our exclusive VIP Enclosure, including:

Is There Live Entertainment in VIP?

Yes. Our VIP Stage returns for 2027 and will be located inside the VIP Bar Tent.

The full VIP Stage line-up and timetable will be announced closer to July.

Do VIP Guests Get Front of Stage Access?

Yes. VIP guests have access to a dedicated Front of Stage VIP Viewing Area for Main Stage performances.

This area has a strict controlled capacity for safety and comfort. A VIP wristband therefore gives you access to the area but cannot guarantee entry at all times, particularly during headline or especially popular performances.

We recommend arriving in good time for any artist you particularly want to watch from Front of Stage.

Are There Dedicated VIP Facilities?

Yes. The VIP Enclosure will include exclusive bars, premium food options, social and relaxation spaces and upgraded luxury toilets, alongside the VIP Stage and additional entertainment.

Is Food or Drink Included?

No. Food and drink are not included within your VIP Ticket.

A selection of food and drink will be available to purchase within the VIP area throughout the festival.

Can I Upgrade My Existing Ticket to VIP?

Yes, subject to availability and capacity.

Upgrades may also be available during the festival from our Guest Services Tent, subject to remaining VIP capacity.

Do Children Need a VIP Ticket?

Yes. Children entering the VIP area must hold the appropriate VIP Child Ticket for their age and the day or weekend they are attending.

Full 2027 child ticket categories, age requirements and prices will be published alongside our ticket information ahead of the 1st October 2026 on-sale.

Can I Bring a Camping Chair into VIP?

Yes, but camping chairs can only be used within the designated VIP chair zone.

The VIP area has a smaller footprint than the Main Arena, so the number of camping chairs we can safely accommodate is limited. There will not be enough chair space for every VIP guest, and once the designated area reaches capacity, we cannot expand it.

If you plan to spend much of the day seated, we recommend using the larger designated chair areas within the Main Arena.

Please always follow requests from our stewards if chairs need to be repositioned for safety or operational reasons.

Is Seating Guaranteed in VIP?

No. VIP does not include reserved or guaranteed seating.

Tables, benches and social seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

Is the VIP Area Covered?

The VIP experience is predominantly outdoors, although there will be covered and shaded spaces, including the VIP Bar Tent and VIP Stage.

This is still a British festival in a field, so come prepared for sunshine, rain and everything the Cheshire weather decides to throw into the encore. ☀️🌧️

How Should I Use the VIP Area?

Think of VIP as your festival base. Somewhere to meet friends, grab food and drinks, enjoy exclusive entertainment, take some time out and then head back into the action.

You are free to move between the VIP Enclosure and Main Arena throughout the day, subject to normal security and capacity controls.

Does VIP Include Other Hospitality Areas?

For The Brit Fest 2027, our public ticket offering consists of General Admission and VIP.

There is no separate Brit Fest Club public ticket category for 2027.

Is There VIP Parking?

There is no separate VIP car park. Festival parking is centralised, and VIP guests should purchase the appropriate Day or Weekend Parking Ticket if required.

Parking is £12 per day or £27 for Friday to Sunday, and while you can pay on the day subject to availability, we strongly recommend purchasing parking in advance.

Is the VIP Area Accessible?

Guests with accessibility requirements are very welcome within VIP.

Please remember that The Brit Fest takes place on a natural outdoor showground, and the VIP area is one of the furthest areas from the main entrance. A continuous hard-standing route cannot be provided throughout the site, so weather and ground conditions should be considered when planning your visit.

What is the Golden Circle?

The Golden Circle is an exclusive front-of-stage viewing area available to VIP ticket holders only, offering an incredible opportunity to get closer to the action and enjoy your favourite acts from right at the front of the Main Stage.

Access to the Golden Circle is via the VIP area, and entry is available on a first-come, first-served basis for each performance as space is limited. This ensures a comfortable and premium viewing experience for everyone inside.

Please note that while all VIP ticket holders have the privilege of accessing the Golden Circle, capacity is limited, so entry cannot be guaranteed for every act.

How can I volunteer at The Brit Fest 2027?

Becoming a Brit Fest volunteer is one of the most rewarding ways to be part of the event! Our volunteer team plays a huge role in creating the amazing atmosphere we’re known for — and we couldn’t do it without them.

There are a variety of roles available across the weekend, from guest support and stewarding to creative, eco, and behind-the-scenes opportunities. Volunteers must be aged 16 or over, and shifts are designed to allow plenty of time to enjoy the festival too.

If you or a member of your group requires access to the Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) due to specific needs, there will be a Guest Services tent located by the AVP where you can collect entry wristbands. For all tickets purchased using a payment plan, the deposit secures your ticket, but the full booking fee is required to be paid upfront at the time of purchase. This booking fee is separate from your instalment payments and covers administrative and processing costs. Only vehicles with a pre-booked live-in vehicle pass will have access to the live-in vehicle area. However, cars towing caravans are permitted and may park next to the caravan they are towing. All other vehicles, including non-towing cars, must be parked in the general car park. Please ensure you have the correct pass to avoid any issues on arrival. If you need parking for your car, you can book a space in the general car park through our website.

Yes. We’re proud to offer complimentary carer tickets to ensure that everyone can enjoy The Brit Fest safely and comfortably.

Carers do not need to pay for a ticket, but the correct process must be followed:

1. The main ticket holder should first purchase all required tickets, such as Weekend Entry, Day Entry, or Weekend Camping.

2. Once purchased, email custcare@skiddle.com with the subject line “Brit Fest Carer Ticket”.

3. Include your Skiddle order number, booking email, and proof of eligibility (for example, PIP, DLA, or Blue Badge).

4. Once verified, Skiddle will issue complimentary carer tickets that exactly match the ticket(s) purchased — for example, one Weekend Entry and one Accessible Camping ticket purchased will be matched with one equivalent carer ticket.

Are carer tickets available?

Yes. We’re proud to offer complimentary carer tickets to ensure that everyone can enjoy The Brit Fest safely and comfortably.

Carers do not need to pay for a ticket, but the correct process must be followed:

1. The main ticket holder should first purchase all required tickets, such as Weekend Entry, Day Entry, or Weekend Camping.

2. Once purchased, email custcare@skiddle.com with the subject line “Brit Fest Carer Ticket”.

3. Include your Skiddle order number, booking email, and proof of eligibility (for example, PIP, DLA, or Blue Badge).

4. Once verified, Skiddle will issue complimentary carer tickets that exactly match the ticket(s) purchased — for example, one Weekend Entry and one Accessible Camping ticket purchased will be matched with one equivalent carer ticket.

  Is parking included with my accessible camping ticket?
Yes, parking is included in your accessible camping ticket. The parking area is located within the camping car park, but please note that this is not the dedicated accessible parking area. However, it is close to the camping site for your convenience.

Can I drive up to my tent pitch?
No, you won’t be able to drive directly to your tent pitch. However, we can provide on-site assistance if you need help transporting your belongings to your pitch. Once you’ve parked in the campsite parking, simply head to the Festival HQ Office (clearly signposted), and our team will be happy to assist you.

Where is the accessible camping area located?
The accessible camping area is a designated section of the campsite that’s closer to the Music Arena and WC amenities for your convenience. While this area does not currently have dedicated shower facilities, it is still very close to the main campsite amenities, including showers and other facilities.

Where do I go for assistance?
Once you’ve parked in the campsite parking, you can head directly to the Festival HQ Office only if additional assistance is required (signposted at the entrance). Our team is ready to provide any assistance you may need, including help with transporting your belongings to your tent pitch. Otherwise, head to the campsite check-in.

Our team reviews every submission carefully, and while we receive a large number of requests, we do our best to listen to and consider each one.

For the safety, comfort and welfare of animals, dogs are not permitted anywhere on site at The Brit Fest, including the arena, campsites, glamping areas and car parks.

The only exception to this policy is registered guide dogs and recognised assistance dogs accompanying their owners.

Whilst we are a family-friendly festival, The Brit Fest is a very busy live event environment with many factors that can be stressful and potentially harmful for animals, including:

• Large crowds and high pedestrian traffic
• Loud live music and powerful sound systems
• Pyrotechnics and special effects where applicable
• Flashing lights and production lighting
• Long periods of exposure to heat, sun and changing weather conditions
• Busy campsites and vehicle movements
• Unfamiliar surroundings and extended periods on leads

Even well-trained dogs can find these environments overwhelming, which is why we have taken the decision not to allow pets onto the site.

Guests attending with guide dogs or assistance dogs are welcome. However, owners should carefully consider whether the festival environment is suitable for their animal, given the volume levels, crowds and sensory stimulation present throughout the event.

When did The Brit Fest begin?
The Brit Fest made its debut in 2024 at Ashley Hall Showground, Altrincham. Designed as a celebration of music, culture and community, the festival quickly became one of Cheshire’s standout summer events.
