Thank you for considering The Brit Fest as your ultimate music festival destination! Here are some commonly asked questions that may help you prepare for an unforgettable festival experience:

When and where is The Brit Fest taking place?

The Brit Fest takes place on Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July 2024 at Ashley Hall and Showgrounds in Cheshire WA14 3QA. Gates open at 10AM, and the festival curfew is 11PM

How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets through our website or through our official ticketing partner. Be sure to purchase tickets early, as they tend to sell quickly.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the festival grounds. However, we offer a wide variety of food and drink options, including vegetarian and vegan options, so you’re sure to find something you will enjoy.

What happens if it rains?

The show will go on rain or shine, so come prepared for all weather conditions. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a poncho or umbrella just in case.

Can I speak to someone?

Can I bring my pet to the festival?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the festival grounds, with the exception of service animals. Please leave your furry friends at home.

What should I bring to the festival?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, and a backpack or bag to carry your belongings. Don’t forget
to charge your phone beforehand and bring a portable charger, as you are required to show your ticket on your phone screen on entry.

Will there be first aid and medical services available?

Yes, there will be first aid and medical services available on-site. If you need assistance, please seek out a member of our staff.

WHAT TICKETS DO UNDER 5'S REQUIRE?

Under 5 tickets are free, but you must follow the same procedure as other ticket holders. If you purchase VIP tickets, Under 5 will only require a general admission ticket but can remain with you in the VIP area without additional costs.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR JUNIOR VIP TICKETS?
No. There are no concessions on VIP tickets. all festival attendees 5 and over requiring access to the VIP area will require a VIP ticket.
IS THERE CAMPING ON SITE?

Yes. You can either camp, select from our glamping options or bring your own live-in vehicle. Please see the ticket page for the full list of options.  

CAN I BRING IN CAMPING CHAIRS?
The simple answer is yes, however there will be restrictions on the locations you can use them. These locations will be marked at the event.
ARE YOU CASHLESS?
No. Both Cash and card payments will be accepted across the festival site.
