IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

Important Information:

  • Public Access via Hale Entrance Only: All public access to Ashley Hall is via the Hale entrance. No one on foot or in a vehicle will be admitted via the Ashley entrance to the site.
  • Alternative Route from Knutsford: Due to the Stars and Stripes show at Tatton, traffic may be heavier in the area. Consider taking an alternative route from Knutsford through Mobberley to avoid congestion. From Knutsford, take the A537 and then turn onto Mobberley Road (B5085), following it until you reach Ashley Road and then proceed to Ashley Hall.
  • Avoid Junction 7 (M56 to A556): Due to ongoing traffic management issues and a 4-way system in place, it’s best to avoid Junction 7 and use Junction 6 instead.
  • Use Major Roads: The route primarily uses major roads (A538, B5166, B5085) which are well-maintained and signposted.
  • Follow Event Signage: Closer to the venue, follow event signage to ensure you reach the correct entrance and parking areas.

Additional Tips:

  • Plan Ahead: Check traffic updates before you leave to avoid any unexpected delays.
  • Sat Nav Settings: If using a sat nav, set your destination to Ashley Hall, but be aware that it may not always suggest the optimal route. Follow the steps above for the best experience.

By following this route and using the designated Hale entrance, you should have a smooth and direct journey to Ashley Hall, avoiding known traffic hotspots and ensuring timely arrival.
