Following the tremendous success of The Brit Fest’s inaugural Best of British three-day family festival in Cheshire, we are delighted to announce the Early Bird Weekend Ticket Pre-Sale for the 2025 festival.

This exclusive pre-sale will commence on 22nd July at 10:00 am.

Due to overwhelming demand, The Brit Fest will return on 4th, 5th, and 6th July 2025, at the picturesque Ashley Hall Showground in Altrincham, near Manchester. Early bird tickets provide an opportunity for music enthusiasts to secure their attendance at next year’s festival at exceptional prices.

The Brit Fest is celebrating a smash-hit weekend with 15,000 festivalgoers turning up to party at the North-West’s inaugural new summer event. The ground-breaking three-day festival took place at the Ashley Hall Showground at Altrincham from 5-7 July. Due to its success, dates have been confirmed for 2025.

Festival fun included a packed programme of performances from some of the biggest and best British music acts, along with rising stars and regional talent, plus a wealth of attractions and entertainment across its 100-acre site.

The main stage – energised by radio duo Jenny Powell and Mike Toolan – was headlined by Scouting for Girls on the opening night, Bonnie Tyler on Saturday evening, and Heather Small bringing the party to a thrilling close on Sunday.

The line-up also included a host of big names from the music world including a roster of 80s superstars including T’Pau, Nik Kershaw, Kim Wilde, Paul Young, Sonia, Deniece Pearson and Owen Paul along with appearances from artists like The Real Thing, Cast, Dodgy, The Feeling, Fleur East, Hot Chocolate, Starsailor and Reef.

There was also a full programme of bands, choirs, DJs, solo acts, cover outfits, authors, wellness experts and motivational speakers on the site’s ABC+ Warranty Stage. Away from the music stages, The Brit Fest featured a myriad of food and drink options, artisan shopping experiences and non-stop entertainment right across its festival site delivering family-friendly fun as well as the ‘Mindful Meadow’ for those who wanted to take time out to relax.

The Brit Fest was organised by Olivier nominated brothers Anthony and Edward Prophet with the aim of celebrating the best of British music, food, drink and culture.

The Brit Fest opens this weekend, with final preparations taking place at its amazing 100-acre festival site. The hotly anticipated new summer celebration is at the Ashley Hall Showground at Altrincham from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 July.2024.

The festival features three days of performances from legendary chart-toppers and some of the best of British music acts, with the main stage headlined by Scouting for Girls on the opening night, Bonnie Tyler on Saturday evening, and Heather Small bringing the party to a thrilling close on Sunday night.

The stellar headliners will be joined on the programme by some of the cream of pop, rock, indie, soul, country, rap and musical theatre including Cast, Dodgy, The Feeling, Fleur East, Kim Wilde, Hot Chocolate, T’Pau, Nik Kershaw, Starsailor and Reef – with Saturday a salute to the stars of the 1980s.And any festivalgoers who dress in fantastic 80s fashion on 6 July are also in with a chance of winning the chance to get up on stage and join TV’s Timmy Mallett for an ‘utterly brilliant’ live session of Mallett’s Mallet.

The main stage is hosted by radio’s Jenny Powell and Mike Toolan. There is also a full programme of bands, choirs, DJs, solo acts, cover outfits, authors, wellness experts and motivational speakers on the site’s ABC+ Warranty Stage including M60, The Covasettes, Prose, Daisy Valentine, Megan Wyn and many more during the three-day event.

The Brit Fest is also promising a wide-ranging line-up of amazing entertainment right across its festival site including unmissable attractions for thrill-seekers, family-friendly fun and relaxing activities for those who simply want to chill out. The John Collins Fun Fair includes some of Europe’s most exciting white-knuckle rides, with attractions in the Action Zone and spread across the festival site including the Big Wheel in the Music Arena. Or head to the Action Zone for some high-octane action courtesy of the Extreme Mountain Bike Show featuring five times British Champion and European Champion Danny Butler and his team in a nail-biting show of jaw dropping stunts and agility.

The Action Zone is also the place to head for classic car displays with the opportunity to admire some true British motoring icons – along with the chance to win a new Toyota Aygo.. Tthe Village Green which will offer a huge range of unmissable attractions and activities including the ABC+ Warranty Free Fall stunt tower and Civvy 2 Commando.

There is also the chance to see the stars from the Manchester Storm ice hockey team and try to shoot a puck past the goalie, and Altrincham Football Club will also be on hand challenging people to try and score a goal, along with hosting a festival pop up with the latest Altrincham kit among merchandise on offer. Legendary and much-loved British Olympic ski jumper Eddie ‘the Eagle’ Edwards will also be in attendance over the weekend ready to meet festival crowds, as will daredevil Danny Butler.

The Village Green is also the location for the Sol Cinema, a solar-powered vintage caravan showing classic British short films all weekend, and for Samba Espirito and its irresistible carnival energy. Big laughs are guaranteed on Saturday and Sunday courtesy of comedians Geordie Geoff, Perry Reilly and Michael Frankland.

And there is a busy programme of events planned over all three days in the Mindful Meadow, including yoga sessions, reflexology, eco therapy and cacao, sound healing sessions, a sleep retreat, group relaxation and mixed movement groups sessions, along with kids’ craft activities, family crafts and glitter and decoration with The Glam Shack.

Youngsters can relax at the Big Hat Tipi Children’s Cinema or enjoy learning about how to build a robot with Mark Haig of Gizmobots who creates amazing and quirky robots from ‘found’ objects. The Mindful Meadow is also where you will find the TimberJacks Axe Throwing where the adventurous can channel their inner lumberjacks and show their skills trying to hit the bullseye.

Festival fun continues with rides for little ones in the festival site’s Tinker Town! where families will also discover plenty of games and stalls.

Festivalgoers will be able to enjoy a feast of fabulous food and delicious drink options at the North-West’s most exciting summer festival next weekend. The Brit Fest takes place at the Ashley Hall Showground at Altrincham from July 5-7.

Along with an unparalleled music and entertainment programme, people attending the inaugural three-day event will also be able to enjoy an amazing and carefully selected food and drink offer across the huge festival site all weekend. Hungry festivalgoers who fancy eating their way around the world will be spoilt for choice with firm favourites from a wide range of countries and cuisines, from Indian street food to Caribbean classics and freshly made pizzas to Cypriot halloumi fries, Greek street food, Spanish tapas, katsu noodles and handmade Japanese dumplings.

Excitement is rising with just four weeks to go until the North West’s most anticipated new summer festival throws open its gates. The Brit Fest takes place at the Ashley Hall Showground in Altrincham from Fri 5 July – Sun 7 July 2024, promising more than 100 acres of fantastic entertainment.

And organisers have now also revealed the performance times for the main stage’s stellar line-up across all three days of the festival. An unmissable mix of British music acts and legendary chart-toppers are set to appear on heading to the festival’s main stage including headliners Scouting for Girls, Bonnie Tyler and Heather Small.

The programme opens on Friday 5 July with more than nine hours of music. Chris Helme appears at 1.15pm, followed by 90s indie favourites Dodgy at 2.10pm, Glastonbury rockers Reef at 3.15pm and Wigan’s finest Starsailor at 4.20pm. Friday’s line-up continues with Ivor Novello Award-winning The Feeling at 5.35pm, indie pop favourites The Lottery Winners at 6.40pm, the brilliant Cast at 8pm and Friday night headliners Scouting for Girls at 9.30pm.

The busy Saturday main stage music schedule kicks off with British soul icons Hot Chocolate at 2.30pm. Scottish solo artist Owen Paul (My Favourite Waste of Time) appears at 4.05pm, while T’Pau bring big anthems to the stage at 4.25pm and Scouse songbird Sonia follows at 4.45pm. Liverpool soul legends The Real Thing take to the stage at 6.05pm, voice of Five Star Deniece Pearson at 6.35pm, and then it’s time for 80s pop favourites Nik Kershaw at 7.05pm and Kim Wilde at 8.05pm before headliner Bonnie Tyler starts her unmissable set at 9.35pm.

And the music continues into Sunday 7 July with headliner Heather Small appearing on stage at 9.30pm to bring the festival to a fantastic finish.

Ahead of that, Manchester country singer-songwriter Neeve Zahra opens the main stage programme at 11.20am, with the line-up also including the Matt Ford Big Band (12noon), Olivier Award-winning musical theatre star Cassidy Janson (1.15pm), The South – celebrating the legacy of The Beautiful South at 2.20pm, Liverpool’s The Christians (3.25pm), indie rock band The Bluetones (4.30pm), crowd-pleasing rockers Toploader (5.35pm), Tunde voice of the Lighthouse Family at 6.40pm and singer-songwriter and rapper Fleur East at 8pm.

The main stage is hosted by radio’s Jenny Powell and Mike Toolan.

There is also a full line-up of bands, choirs, DJs, solo acts, cover outfits, authors, wellness experts and motivational speakers on the site’s ABC+ Warranty Stage over the weekend.

And The Brit Fest also boasts a huge additional programme of fantastic festival entertainment across 100 acres of the showground site which includes an Action Zone, Mindful Meadow, fun fair, and a Village Green packed with attractions and activities as well as the Taste Cheshire Village featuring 60 local producers and retailers.

Film fans can pop into the Sol Cinema, a solar-powered vintage caravan showing classic British short films, while youngsters can relax on beanbags at the Big Hat Tipi Children’s Cinema.

Samba Espirito will bring irresistible carnival energy or follow the Manchester Pop Trail around the site to discover the amazing history and facts about some of the musicians who have played in the North-West. The entertainment across the festival site also includes recycling workshops, a Glam Shack, crafts, vintage clothing, and classic car displays – along with the chance to win a new Toyota Aygo.

Organisers of Cheshire’s brand new Summer 2024 music festival, The Brit Fest have announced a special Christmas treat as they bring us another sensational act to add to the impressive line of British music acts over three days.

Welsh music legend Bonnie Tyler will headline the Saturday evening line up. The much anticipated family friendly music festival has already created a huge buzz across Cheshire and beyond with thousands already buying tickets, with the announcement of Bonnie Tyler this will boost sales once again as we head in to 2024, the year of the festival.

Bonnie Tyler, born Gaynor Hopkins, was brought up in Skewen, a small village near Swansea. She grew to become one of Wales’ best-known performers, achieving chart success all over the world. She is recognised for her distinctive husky voice, and a long list of hit singles including Total Eclipse of the Heart, It’s a Heartache, Holding Out for a Hero, Lost in France, More Than a Lover, Bitterblue and If I Sing You a Love Song. In her 50-year career, Bonnie has performed for audiences in countries across the world, and she has enjoyed critical acclaim for her recent albums Rocks and Honey and Between The Earth and the Stars. Her latest album The Best Is Yet to Come – released in 2021 – is a contemporary approach to the sounds and styles of 80s pop rock.

Bonnie is currently working on new music, and she is preparing to release a brand new memoir about her life and career. Her 40 YearsTotal Eclipse of the Heart” Tour started in the autumn and continues into 2024.

A brand new world-class family-friendly music festival celebrating the very best of Britain has been officially unveiled and will take place in Cheshire during Summer 2024.The Brit Fest Cheshire boasts an incredible line-up of three days of live music from artists hailing from the shores of Great Britain.

In addition, the event will also showcase a real celebration of British culture, the arts, fashion, food and drink, and classic cars – making the festival stand-out as a unique event. The event was formally announced at a red, white and blue-themed showstopping launch in Cheshire last night (Thursday 13 July), wowing guests with plans for what promises to be the festival to attend in 2024. The launch event took place in Bowdon, Cheshire, just a few miles from the festival site.

The Brit Fest Cheshire will take place between Friday 5 July and Sunday 7 July 2024 in the grounds of Ashley Hall & Showground in Altrincham.

Anthony and Edward welcomed guests to the launch event alongside the evening’s hosts Jenny Powell and Mike Toolan from Greatest Hits Radio – who will also host the live acts on stage at the main event next year. The launch featured live performances by Chris Helme, well known as the frontman of 90’s superband The Seahorses.
